Poster made for yearbook inspired on a poem

Illustration made for a theme book of the Alfa College. The illustration is inspired by the poem “die one starfish” by W. Kamminga. The poem is about hope and help. The illustration was made using different (digital) techniques. The waves of the sea are pictures of shells and the beach. The drawn hands are a cry for help. The star is the saving Angel with words of positivity.

Illustratie gemaakt voor een themaboek van het Alfa-college. De illustratie is geïnspireerd op het gedicht “die ene zeester” van W. Kamminga. Het gedicht gaat over hoop en helpen. De illustratie is gemaakt door het gebruik van verschillende (digitale) technieken. De golven van de zee zijn foto’s van schelpen en strand. De getekende handen zijn een roep om hulp. De ster is de reddende Engel met woorden van positiviteit.
